Items & Loot
- Twelve weapons now sit properly in your hero's fist, with the grip centred in the closed hand. Among them are the Feral War Club, the Iron Vein Greataxe, the Blood Moon Cleaver and the Gallows Blade.
- In a torch's last 30 seconds its flame now shrinks along with its light, so you can see it burning low. The flame grows back when the next torch catches.
User Interface
- Banners such as LEVEL and QUEST COMPLETE now also wait while the full map, a conversation or a town panel is open, as they already did behind the character sheet. They play when you close it, instead of printing across it. YOU DIED still shows at once.
- The quest list on the QUESTS page now scrolls with the mouse wheel or the right stick, so a long list can be read to the end, COMPLETED quests included. A line shows how many quests are above or below.
- In a conversation with a long WORK FOR YOU list, choosing a quest near the bottom now moves the list up so its text fits, instead of spilling over the services below. The number of quests out of view now shows on the WORK FOR YOU line.
- When a quest has more objectives than a conversation can show, the line sending you to the journal for the rest now sits in the list instead of on the divider below it.
- The Controls screen no longer lists a Sprint key, which did nothing. The loading tip about sprinting now says what stamina is for: a dodge spends it, and it refills fastest while you stand still.
- The note under the buttons on the Controls screen now wraps inside its panel instead of running off both sides.
- The painted lines under the headings on the SKILLS and CODEX pages no longer run through the letters.
World
- The bandit camp beside The Broken Bridge now counts as part of the Broken Bridge. Its bandits fight at the Broken Bridge's level instead of the lower level of the open land around it.
Bug Fixes
- A torch left on the floor of a depth is still a torch when you come back through the Shadow Portal. It used to come back as a single gold coin.
- A waystone's travel cast now breaks when you take a hit, even one your shield catches. Your own attacks, and enemies bleeding from your strikes, no longer break it.
- Fortress enemies whose weapons are part of their bodies can drop those weapons again. None of them had dropped one since mid-September.
Known Issues
- Rarely, the game can close by itself just as the studio logo ends at start-up. Start it again; a fix is on its way.
- Loot that lands right beside your hero can sometimes be picked up as a single gold coin instead of the item, draught or torch it was. A fix is on its way.
